Welcome to Beginnings Midwifery Care
We are a group of registered midwives working closely together to provide personalized supportive care to the growing families of Edmonton, Beaumont, Leduc and surrounding communities in Alberta. We have a strong commitment to supporting clients in their choice of birth place. We offer birth at home, at the birth center, or in hospital. We have privileges at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and Grey Nuns Community Hospital in Edmonton for our clients choosing hospital birth. We are passionate about our work and caring for our clients and their families. Beginnings midwives provide comprehensive maternity care for women and babies throughout the pregnancy, the labour and birth and the postpartum period. Our care is based on the tenets of holistic women-centered care, informed choice, natural birth, collaboration and choice of birth place. We love working with women and families and supporting them on their journey of pregnancy, birth and parenthood. We look forward to meeting you.
